🔁 Returns

  • We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
  • You must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • To initiate a return, please email us at info@parispouch.com with:
    • Order ID
    • Clear photos/videos of the issue
    • Unboxing video (recommended for quicker resolution)

📦 Return Conditions

  • The item must be unused and in original condition with tags and packaging.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, handling errors, or regular wear and tear are not eligible for return.
  • Handcrafted variations in design or texture are not considered defects.
  • Appoved Return and will be eligible for Full refunds. Damaged products are eliglibe for exchanges and once approved exchanges will be delivred with in 7-10 days

💸 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
  • If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the return is approved, we will provide you with return shipping details.
  • In most cases, return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the item was incorrect or damaged from our side.
